Odoo Kit Store / Project Plan Workbook
Write your activities once and get a planning and reporting workbook back: Gantt, decision gates, risk register and defect board, all computed rather than drawn.
Turns a single configuration file into an eight-tab planning and reporting workbook. Formulas are live, Gantt bars are computed from the activity table rather than drawn by hand, and the decision gates, risk register and defect board all derive from the same rows, so the plan cannot silently disagree with itself.
Who it's for: anyone running an implementation programme who currently maintains four spreadsheets.
What you get: the builder, three packs including one for Odoo ERP programmes, an example config, a schema reference, a validator that names the offending row, and a merge mode that preserves whatever the team already filled in. A quality-gate line must go green before the workbook is fit to send.
